How can I contact the HOA?
you can send an email to [email protected] to request a meeting or attend a members meeting the 2nd Tuesday of the following months (February, May, August, November).  Each person is allotted 3 minutes to ask their questions.
What are the office hours for the HOA?
contact the [email protected] for a meeting or to set up a time to meet a board member at the HOA office

How can I pay my dues | assessments?
you can pay online through the HOA website (see "PayHOA" link located under Home tab); send a check by mail to the HOA office or drop off a check in the "office drop box" located by the front door at the HOA Community Center.  Once we post the payment, you will receive a receipt if we have your email address on file.  It is important to update the HOA board with current contact information to receive notifications.  We no longer have an office person in the office.
Do I need a permit for a fence?
No, you do not need a permit to build a fence from the HOA.  However, you must follow the deed restrictions on the requirements for your section (see "deed restrictions" under resident resources tab).
Do I need a permit to install a flagpole on my property?
No, you do not need a permit for a flagpole
Who do we call for wildlife rescue?
You can look up local wildlife rescue in your area
Who do we call if someone is burning trash?
Call the Timber Lakes Timber Ridge Fire Department
A tree or limb fell on my property by a neighbor's tree and caused damage, who can I call?
You will need to have a conversation with the neighbor to find a solution and or call your homeowners insurance to inquire who is held liable for damages and file a claim.  It is NOT the HOA's responsibility.
How can I get a permit, request additional information or contact the Architectural Control Committee (ACC)?
You can find all the information for permits, contact information and forms under resident resources | permits.  If you can't find what you are looking for or have a general question, you can submit a query request directly from the resident resources tab under permits and an email will get sent to the ACC committee inbox.
*The board is constantly improving our policies and procedures - we are currently working on some ACC guidelines to upload to the website to help our residents.
