How can I pay my dues | assessments?
you can pay online through the HOA website (see "PayHOA" link located under Home tab); send a check by mail to the HOA office or drop off a check in the "office drop box" located by the front door at the HOA Community Center. Once we post the payment, you will receive a receipt if we have your email address on file. It is important to update the HOA board with current contact information to receive notifications. We no longer have an office person in the office.

A tree or limb fell on my property by a neighbor's tree and caused damage, who can I call?
You will need to have a conversation with the neighbor to find a solution and or call your homeowners insurance to inquire who is held liable for damages and file a claim. It is NOT the HOA's responsibility.

If you can't find what you are looking for or have a general question, you can submit a query request directly from the resident resources tab under permits and an email will get sent to the ACC committee inbox.
