Each team will provide tasting samples in exchange for tickets. Please plan to offer a minimum of 100–150 samples. Tickets may be redeemed for individual samples, or guests may use 7 tickets for a full plate—it’s your choice!

All food must be prepared on‑site the day of the event. No pre‑cooked meats allowed (seasoning/marinating beforehand is fine)
Teams must follow basic food safety practices (handwashing, gloves, proper meat temperatures). Propane, charcoal, pellet, or wood smokers/grills are allowed. No open fires outside designated cooking areas. Teams are responsible for managing their own fire safety (extinguisher required).

Awards include Trophy, gift card and bragging rights and only 1 winner will be announced (no ties)
