On going renovations:
Old HOA Building Phase II: Plans include upgrading kitchen and storage rooms
Parking Lot Resurfacing: Improving the parking area for residents and guests to ensure safety and accessibility, provide handicap parking, additional lighting needed.
Update exterior building, remove old window unit from side, replace brick layering, clean out gutters and reroute down spouts away from sidewalk, paint top panel and power wash brick, replace | add lighting to outside of the building, clean up old electrical and drain lines .
